The petitioners have filed this application to correct the address of the respondent No.5(C). This application is filed on 26th July, 2016, however, the learned Registrar (J.) had passed an order on 13th July, 2016 dismissing the petition against the respondent No.5(C) as the petitioners had not taken steps to serve the respondent No.5(C).

Considering the facts on record, the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 13th July, 2016 is set aside and the petition against the respondent No.5(C) is restored. For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioners are permitted to correct the cause title and show

2 wp5443.14 the correct address of respondent No.5(C). The civil application is allowed accordingly.
