For the reasons stated in the applications the same are allowed and consequently, delay is condoned, abatement is set aside and legal representatives of respondent No.1, details of whom are given in paragraph 2 of the application, are permitted to be brought on record.

Consequential amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Thereafter
