This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 140 days in bringing legal representatives of respondent no.2 (VI) on record.

Learned counsel Shri Parchure submits that he will be appearing for the legal representatives of respondent no.2 (VI) and he has no obligation to condone the delay in bringing the names of legal representatives of respondent no.2 on record. In view thereof, this application for condonation of delay is allowed.

Accordingly application to bring the names of legal representatives on record is allowed by setting aside the abatement.

Appellant to carry out necessary amendment within two weeks.
