Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent No.1. 2.

In view of the limited relief sought by the Petitioner, it is not necessary to issue notice to Respondent No.2.

Only grievance made by the Petitioner is that the Petitioners' representation made to Respondents regarding her transfer is not decided.

That being a limited grievance, accepting the statement of the Petitioner that the representation is still pending, we direct that the Respondent No.2 will take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner within a period of 6 weeks from the date this order reaches to the Respondent No.2. 5.

Since no notice is issued to Respondent No.2, we make it clear that the representation, if not already decided, will be decided as per law.
