Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to him, his request for compassionate appointment/substitution of name was not favourably considered by respondent authorities.

He has invited our attention to the judgment delivered by this Court on 28/05/2024 in Writ Petition No. 3701/2022 with connected Writ Petitions (pg.81) so also the Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 17/07/2025, which favours his case.

In view of the contention raised by the petitioner so also the judgment passed by this Court as well as the G.R. dated 17/07/2025, we direct the respondent authoritie(s) to consider the representation dated 15/05/2025 (pg.74) made by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today.

The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the concerned authorities within a period of one week from today.
