Considering the limited prayer made in this writ petition, the same is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioners claim to carry on business in FL-III liquor being license holders. They sought renewal of their FL-III licenses. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that considering the present Covid-2019 situation the petitioners be permitted to deposit 50% license fees in terms of the order dated 19.06.2021 passed in Writ Petition (L) No.13220/2021 (Indian Hotel and Restaurant Association & Ors. Vs. Commissioner, State Excise, Mah. and ors.) at Principal Seat Mumbai. On the basis of aforesaid decision, the petitioner no.1 has made representation dated 22.06.2021 to the respondent.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to take a decision on the request made by the petitioner no.1 dated 22.06.2021. The said Authority shall take into consideration the order dated 19.06.2021 referred to hereinabove. The decision be taken in

25.WP4673.21.odt 2 accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the production of this order. The decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner no.1. All points on merits are kept open.
