Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after six weeks. 3.

Learned counsel for applicant/appellant submitted that the applicant has already deposited an amount of Rs. 5,10,859/- with the Commissioner, under employee's Compensation Act and Labour Court, Nagpur, therefore, he urged to stay the impugned judgment and order, as respondent No.1 has initiated the execution proceedings against it. 4.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application as well as the aforesaid fact that the applicant/appellant has deposited the entire awarded amount with interest in the Labour Court, I deem it appropriate to stay the impugned order till the appearance of the respondents. Hence, ad interim stay in terms of prayer clause(i) is granted till further order. The application is disposed of accordingly. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
