During the course of argument, it is noticed that the present applicants have directly approached before this court without filing an application before the learned Sessions Judge. In that view of the matter, the present application is disposed of in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant that he will approach before the Court below by moving application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Liberty granted.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that an application will be preferred before the learned Court below within a week. It is noted that this Court on 13/08/2015 granted interim protection in favour of the applicants herein.

aba.414.15 2/2 In that view of the matter, interim protection dated 13/08/2015 to continue till 07/09/2015. It is made clear that the interim protection dated 13/08/2015 shall cease to operate on 08/09/2015.
