DATED : 24-0 7By the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of notice in contempt petition for non compliance of order dated 17-4-2023 passed by respondent.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We have gone through the record.

Perusal of the communication dated 2-5-2023 goes to show that the Collector has informed the petitioner that the application of the petitioner has been disposed of. Notably, against the said order, the petitioner has already invoked appellate jurisdiction before the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur.

2 c.p. 245.2023.odt Commissioner, Nagpur by order dated 7-6-2023 allowed and disposed of the appeal by setting aside the order passed by the Collector, Gadchiroli. We find that since the application of the petitioner has been already disposed of, the contempt petition does not survive.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
