CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.

DATED : 19 th JULY, 2017.

Heard.

Crime No.200 of 2017 is registered on the complaint lodged by Ku. Shradha Vinod Sagane, aged about 19 years, alleging that the applicants, who are paternal uncle of the complainant, had been opposing the proposal of the complainant to marry with a boy of her choice and being infuriated, they administered some poisonous substance to her, took her to a distant place and had thrown her in the valley, however, she survived.

The application is opposed on the ground that the material available with the Investigating Agency prima facie shows involvement of the applicants in commission of crime and it is supported by statement given by the complainant. The applicants are arrested on 19th May, 2017. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that further custody of the applicants is required for investigation. The

2 ba659.17 applicants claim to be agriculturists and have stated that they are not involved in any other crime/offence. Co-accused Amol Vinayak Lahane (maternal uncle of the complainant) is released on bail as per the order passed by this Court on 3rd July, 2017.

In the facts of the case, following order is passed: The applicants, having been arrested in connection with Crime/FIR No.200 of 2017 registered by the nonapplicant, they be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- each.

The application is allowed accordingly.
