The present application is filed on behalf of applicant for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail during the pendency of instant revision application.

It is submitted that during the pendency of trial, the applicant was on bail and there is no incident of misusing the liberty granted to him.

In view of the quantum of punishment awarded to the applicant and considering the pendency, it would be difficult to take this matter on priority. As such, it would be appropriate to suspend execution of substantive sentence. Accordingly, execution of substantive sentence awarded by the learned District Judge-18 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur on 07/07/2022 in Criminal

49. APPR 282.22 IN REVN 204.2022 Appeal No. 49 of 2011 whereby, confirming the judgment passed by learned District and Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagpur on 02/02/2011 in Sessions Trial No. 08/2010, is suspended. 5.

The appellant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- along with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned District Judge-18 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur within two weeks.
