Learned counsel for the applicants submits that they were party before the learned Industrial Court, Nagpur in the complaint as complainant, however, they have not been made party to this writ petition. Accordingly, they are praying for permitting them to add as petitioner nos. 26 to 29 in the present writ petition. 2.

Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection if the applicants are joined as petitioner nos. 26 to 29.

Writ Petition Nos. 820 of 2022 and 2565 of 2022 Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 12th June, 2024.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondents by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
