The applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime 15/2021 registered with Police Station Jalalkheda, District Nagpur for offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 143, 147 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

It is the case of the prosecution that on 17.01.2021 co-accused Gaurav, Vicky and Shrawan stabbed Sharad Chapale to death.

The role attributed to the applicant is that he held the deceased and facilitated the assault. Co-accused Dinesh Sawarkar to whom similar role is attributed, is released on bail by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2021 in Criminal Application (BA) 847/2021.

On the principle of parity, the application is allowed.

The applicant shall be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with a solvent surety of like amount. 6.

The applicant shall not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or to influence witnesses, directly or indirectly.

The applicant shall attend each date of hearing scrupulously.

8.

The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
