We find that the petitioner has got remedy of approaching the Industrial Court under Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971. Hence, without observing anything on merits of the controversy and with liberty to the petitioner to exhaust that remedy, we dispose of the present petition. No costs.
