Heard learned counsel Shri S.R.Deshpande for petitioners, learned counsel Shri R.S.Kalkar for respondent No.6, and learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties. 2.

Petitioners have filed revision appeal No.30/2020 before respondent No.2 challenging order passed by the Additional Collector, Nagpur in revenue appeal No.69/RTS-64/2013-14 of mouza Hingna, tahsil Hingna, district Nagpur.

The substantive prayer in this writ petition is as under: "direct the respondent No.2 Commissioner to decide the Revision/Appeal within stipulated period." 4.

Learned Additional Government Pleader Shri S.M.Uikey for respondent Nos.1 to 5, submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders directing respondent No.2 to decide pending revision appeal. .....3/-

In view of the above, I pass following order:

ORDER

(1) The writ petition is allowed.

(2) Respondent No.2 is hereby directed to dispose of revision appeal No.30/2020 challenging order passed by the Additional Collector, Nagpur in revenue appeal No.69/RTS-64/2013-14 of mouza Hingna, tahsil Hingna, district Nagpur within a period of three months from the date of appearance of parties before the said Authority.

(3) The petitioner and respondent No.6 are directed to appear before respondent No.2 on 29.1.2021.

(4) The petitioner and respondent No.6 shall extend full cooperation to respondent No.2 for getting expeditious disposal. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute in aforestated terms. No costs. JUDGE !! BRW !!
