This petition takes exception to the order dated 03.07.2024 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara, below Exhibit 6 in Change Report No.242/2023.

Respondent No.1 herein has filed the above change report. By order dated 13.10.2023, notices were issued to the outgoing trustees including the petitioner. However, by order dated 25.10.2023, the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner had recalled the order of issuing notice to outgoing trustees.

By the order impugned, the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner has rejected the application filed by the petitioner for recall of the order dated 25.10.2023.

There is no dispute that the present petitioner has already filed an objection to the change report. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the order impugned.

The learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, shall decide the objection filed by the present petitioner on its own merits.

The writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
