Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional GP for the respondent.

In view of the telephonic instructions received from the petitioners, Shri Patil, learned counsel, is seeking time to place on record a pursis. According to him, as per message received by him, the challenge may not survive. The learned Additional GP points out that the present writ petition was dismissed in default and has been restored recently.

In view of the statement made by Shri Patil, learned counsel, we find that the grievance of the petitioners does not survive.

Hence, with liberty to the petitioners to approach again, if telephonic instructions are found to be incorrect, we dispose of the present writ petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
