Reply to this civil application tendered by respondent Nos. 8 & 9 is taken on record. Respondent No. 4 has already filed his reply. Those replies shall also be filed as part of PIL.

The respondents are free to file additional affidavit explaining arrangements made for relocation of electric poles in the process and project of road widening. 7.
