Both applications are for restoration of the appeal, by filing Misc. Civil Application No. 259/2015 and Misc Civil Application Stamp No. 2945/2019. The prayer was made to restore the appeal, as the appeal is dismissed for want of paper-book. Whereas, by another application, the request was made to set aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial), as the appeal is dismissed against the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for not furnishing the correct address.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, on furnishing the private paper-book within a period of four weeks, the appeal be restored at its original stage and also appeal be restored against respondent Nos.1 and 2, on furnishing their correct address.
