The present application is moved by the petitioner for seeking direction against respondent No.5. It is submitted that this Court had already issued the notices to all the respondents. But the notice of respondent No.5 was not served due to the incorrect address. On enquiry, the petitioner came to know that respondent No.5 had shifted their office from the address mentioned in the cause title and prayed for issuance of notice to respondent No.5 on the new address. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application. Considering the prayer, the notice is to be issued on the given address, hence deserves to be allowed. The prayer of the petitioner of serving notice on new address is allowed.

The civil application is disposed of.
