The petitioner seeks entitlement to benefit of additional increment in view of Circular dated 12/12/2000 having rendered service at the school run by respondent No.6. In that regard the petitioner has made a representation dated 29/07/2020 with the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur. 3.

In aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.6 and 7 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29/07/2020 in the matter of grant of additional increment under Circular dated 12/12/2000. The representation be decided within a period of eight weeks from receiving copy of this order. The relevant decisions of this Court on the issue involved shall be taken into consideration while deciding the representation. 4.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
