In this case, the order below Exhibit No.13, dated 24/03/2022 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim, in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 01/2020 (Santosh vs.. Sau. Sanjeevani) granting maintenance pendente lite of Rs. 4,000/- per month to the respondent-wife, from the date of application along with expenses of litigation charges of Rs.5,000/-, is under challenge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount is exorbitant and therefore, the order is erroneous and liable to be quashed and set aside. 3.

The learned trial Court while allowing the application has observed that the petitioner makes a submission that the respondent is earning Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per month from the tuition classes and by rkn

After considering the necessary factors and income of the petitioner, the learned trial Court has granted Rs. 4,000/- maintenance pendente lite which is just and fair considering the income of the petitioner. Therefore, I do not find any error committed by the learned trial Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
