DATED : 02-09-2016 The explanation given in the application cannot be accepted as the appellants have not explained as to why the copies and postage stamps were not supplied. However, considering the interests of justice, the order order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 07-06-2016 dismissing the appeal against respondent No.1 is recalled. The appellants shall supply the copies and postage stamps within two weeks.

The appellants shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce the receipt on the record of the appeal within two weeks.
