He submits that the judgment and order dated 3rd August, 2015 is liable to be reviewed since the respondent no. 2 was not heard as the counsel for respondent no. 2 did not mark the case on that date. In short, the counsel for the respondent no.2 is seeking review of the order in a matter passed in a criminal proceedings. We do not think that we would be in a position to review the order passed in a criminal jurisdiction. That being so, the application is dismissed.
