IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY,

Haider, AGP for the respondent Nos.2 to 4. CORAM : Z.A. HAQ, J.
DATED : 03-03-2017 None appeared for the petitioners on 23-02-2017. The matter was adjourned. Today when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioners. The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Additional Commissioner by which the revision application filed by the respondent No.1 is allowed and the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer condoning the delay of 48 years in filing the appeal is set aside. In the penultimate paragraph in the impugned order, the learned Additional Commissioner has considered all the relevant aspects and has rightly recorded that the delay of 48 years in filing the appeal is condoned without there being any explanation for it. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
The petition is dismissed. No costs.
