The present application is filed by respondent no. 3 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation in his share which was kept in FDR, as at the time of passing of order, he was minor.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount in favour of respondent no. 3 on due verification of documents about his age like School Leaving Certificate, Adhar Card etc.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 2086 OF 2023 The present application is filed for direction to Nazir to transfer the amount of compensation falls in the share of deceased respondent no. 4 to learned MACT, Akola for apportionment of the same amongst respondent nos. 1 to 3.

On perusal of order dated 08/09/2021, it appears that the liberty was granted to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to claim the apportionment of share of respondent no. 4 before the lower Court. 3.
As such, Nazir is directed to transfer the amount in the share of respondent no. 4 to the learned M.A.C.T.,Akola for apportionment, on the application by respondent nos. 1 to 3. 4.
