DATE : 09.08.2016 The proposed amendment does not change the nature of the petition. The amendment application is allowed. The amendment should be carried out within one week. The civil application is disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION W. NO.1667/2016 The matter pertains only to grant of increments. The same is filed in the year 2010. Several old matters that are filed 15 years earlier are still pending. In some of the matters, the petitioners are out of service and due to paucity of time, their matters are not heard.

Hence, we reject the prayer made in the civil application.
