DATE : 28/02/2023 The petition challenges the show cause notice dated 22.9.2020 issued by the learned Executing Court on the ground that the petitioner has no concern with the execution.

Since it is merely a show cause notice, it is permissible for the petitioners to show cause to the learned Executing Court and satisfy the Executing Court regarding the execution being not tenable against the petitioner.

In view of this, the petition is dismissed.
