The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is regarding non-compliance of the order dated 23/10/2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 6971/2019. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submit that the aforesaid order has been duly complied with and the arrears of salary to the tune of Rs.17,67,768/- have been released in favour of the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, we find that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and nothing survives in the contempt petition.
