The matter pertains only to the fixation of the pay. The writ petition is filed on 02.05.2016 and the matter was admitted on 27.06.2016. Merely because the petitioner is a senior citizen, the matter cannot be heard by a fixed date as thousands of matters of senior citizens are pending. We, however, direct the Office to place the matter in the list of senior citizens, as per its turn.
