The Civil Applications are disposed of.

Civil Application (Caw) No.1771 of 2021 Civil Application No.1771 of 2021 seeks to serve the respondents stated therein by paper publication on the last known address of the respondents, considering the reasons given therein, the civil application is allowed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Pursis dated 12.10.2021 bearing Stamp No.5 of 2021 for deleting the name of the deceased respondent Nos.13 and 15. The names of respondent Nos.13 and 15

(2) 2.wp.1717.2020 be deleted from the array of the petition, at the risk and consequences of the petitioners.

Civil Application (Caw) No.1909 of 2021 Without prejudice to the rights of the respondents, the petitioner is permitted as an interim measure to deposit the amount of 22,00,000/-, as sought by him, before the Executing Court Mr. Khapre, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 to submit the reply on the civil application.
