These two civil applications are filed for condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of deceased petitioner no.1 on record and bringing legal representatives of the deceased petitioner no.1 on record respectively.

Shri A.P. Tathod, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent no.3 is also no more and since the respondent nos.1 and 2 are the only legal representatives, who are already on record, the name of the respondent no.3 be deleted.

The request is accepted. The name of the respondent no.3 be deleted from the array of the respondents.
