It is seen from the stamp paper that receiving of amount of Rs.1 lakh has been acknowledged by this applicant towards his personal work. The stamp paper also bears the signature of the complainant. Nowhere it is stated in the stamp paper that this applicant was to make efforts for securing any job for the complainant.

In the circumstances, I am inclined to grant this application.

The application is allowed.
