DATED : 24-07 -2024 By present application, the applicant - petitioner is seeking to continue interim relief for two weeks on the ground that the revisional authority i.e. Hon'ble Minister was not available. As such, this request ought to have been made before the revisional authority, nonetheless, one opportunity is granted by extending time. The interim relief granted by this Court shall continue up to 8-8-2024.

The request for stay, if made by the petitioner before the revisional authority, shall be considered by the revisional authority without getting influenced by the interim relief granted by this Court. In other words, the revisional authority shall entertain the application seeking stay on its own merit. All questions are kept open. The application is disposed of.
