Dated : 11 th December, 2018 The learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that all these petitions can be disposed of by a consent order as under :

The petitioners are at liberty to make the representation to the respondent No.2- Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, against their transfer, pointing out the violation of any of the guidelines under the Circular or the Government Resolution.

Such representation shall be taken into consideration and an appropriate order shall be passed, if it is pointed out that the vacancies are available to accommodate the petitioners, while effecting the transfer on the next occasion. The petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
