In the light of clause 25 of the Agreement dated 01.12.2018 the application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966 is allowed. In the light of statement of disclosure placed on record by Shri A. D. Babrekar, Retired Principal District Judge dated 29.10.2019, he is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. The applicant as well as the non-applicants shall deposit amount of Rs.3000/- each as security. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of.
