This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that allegation against the present applicant and other co-accused, that they have subjected the victim for forceful sexual assault by administering the stupefying substance. The substance which was administered is already referred to the analysis and the report of the said analysis is yet to come.

At this stage, after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. However, liberty can be granted to the applicant to file application after receipt of said chemical analyser's report.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after receipt of the chemical analyser's report.
