During hearing Shri Mangesh Bute, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, has taken us .....2/-

cao1344.13 through memo of Writ Petition No.628 of 2013. We find that Writ Petition No.5711 of 2007 filed by the present petitioner was disposed of by this Court. In that writ petition, Civil Application No.7166 of 2008 was for condonation of delay and Misc. Civil Application St. No.13579 of 2008 was filed for protection. The writ petition was then taken up again on 18.12.2008 and the benefits of Government Resolution dated 15.6.1995 and request for protecting the employment of the petitioner were rejected.

In this situation, since the present Misc. Civil Application for review is misconceived, the same is rejected and disposed of as such.
