After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if trial is not substantially progressed.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

6.

The prosecution and the defence shall cooperate with the Court to dispose of the trial at the earliest.
