The order dated 24.12.2020 speaks eloquently about the steps taken by this Court to ascertain the wishes of the girl in the light of the allegations made in the petition. In light what has been stated in the order dated 24.12.2020, the allegations which are there in the petition are unsubstantiated and vague allegations and we therefore, warn the petitioner to refrain from making such allegations.

The petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition. The petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
