Heard Shri S.A. Kalbande, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri R.O. Chhabra, learned counsel for the respondent.

The respondent's reply affidavit is taken on record. It appears that the decision on representation submitted by the petitioner is already taken. 3.

Shri Kalbande, learned counsel submits that it is belated.

Merely because decision is belated, we cannot see any malafides on the part of the respondent in person. We are, therefore, not inclined to keep Contempt pending. 5.

With liberty to the petitioner to take such other steps as may be open in law, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition. No order as to costs.
