Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent nos.1 to 4 on instructions submits that on a re-evaluation of the bids received pertaining to Package No.MH-3253, none of the bidders was found to be qualified. Since the requirement is that there should be at least two qualified bidders, a decision has been taken to re-tender the work in question in respect of the works that were offered under the tender notice.
