Present application is filed by the appellant for speaking to minutes of the judgment and order dated 10.08.2022.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in operative part of the judgment, there is a typographical error and the same may kindly be corrected.

In view thereof, I pass the following order : (i) In clause (ii), the date of judgment is mentioned as 25/12/2018, whereas it is to be 20/10/2021.

(ii) In view of Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) Notification dated 22nd December,

2 12caf1898.22.odt 2016, the amount of compensation payable for injury for amputation below middle thigh to 31⁄2" below knee mentioned in Part-III at Entry No.19 is Rs.4,80,000/-. As such, the amount mentioned in Clause (iii) Rs.8,00,000/- is required to be substituted by 'Rs.4,80,000/'- along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum.

(iii) In clause (iv), the period shall be 'six weeks' instead of six months.

(iv) Moreover, in para 13 of judgment in first line, replace the word 'deceased' by word 'injured'. 4.

Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms.

Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly.
