The applicants - original claimants, in Claim Petition No.58/2014, has sought withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company in First Appeal No.70/2017, which has been disposed of vide judgment dated 12/03/2020. The applicants have earlier withdrawn part of the amount. 2.

With consent, the balance amount along with accrued interest in same proportion is ordered to be paid to the applicant/respondent Nos.1 and 2 as per Clause 4 of the operative part of the judgment dated 13/06/2016 in Claim Petition No.58/2014.

The civil application stands disposed of.
