By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition.

Perused the bail order, from which it reveals that the condition that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every 1st and 16th day of each month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the culmination of trial is imposed to secure the presence of the present applicant during the trial. Now the charge-sheet is filed however, the trial is to be commenced. Considering the same, at this stage, no ground is made to cancel the said condition. In view of that, the application is rejected.
