After hearing the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant to some extent and on perusal of the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months. 4.
