DATE : 17/02/2023 Present application is filed for condonation of delay of about 36 days in filing application for restoration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 5905/2022. The matter was listed for removal of office objection on the board of Registrar (Judicial) dated 23/06/2022 and 14 days time was granted. The same could not be remove as the required documents were not there with the Counsel. On receipt of documents, the present application is filed along with the application for restoration.

I am inclined to allow the application, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Library within a period of one week. Hence, the delay is condoned, subject to condition referred above.
