ATE : JUNE 25 , 2024 The impugned order which results into the termination of the petitioner is questioned on the ground of noncompliance of the principle of natural justice. 2) Today, during the course of hearing, Mr.Chaudhari, learned counsel appearing for respondents has placed on record an order of simplicitor termination dated 19/06/2024. He would submits that in view of the fresh order of termination the cause cited in the present writ petition can be termed as rendered infructuous as fresh order neither cast stigma nor penal. 3) As against above, Mr.Dhawas, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid subsequent development, he be granted leave to amend the petition and sought adjournment.

4) We are not inclined to grant prayer for adjournment so also grant leave to amend the petition, as we are of the view that challenge to the termination order dated 19/06/2024 will have altogether different basis than the one which is already pleaded in the petition. That being so, we KOLHE

2 913-wp 5255.2022.odt dispose of the petition in view of the termination order dated 19/06/2024 with liberty to the petitioner to question the termination order afresh.

5) We hereby clarify that we have not examined the merits of the matter.
