Considering the nature of relief sought in the petition, the petitioner to appear before the respondent Committee on 10.07.2025. 3.

Since the explanation to the Vigilance Cell enquiry is already submitted, we deem it appropriate to direct the Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. 4.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
