It appears from the pursis filed by the counsel for the petitioner on 23/03/2016 that the case papers were returned to the petitioner by the learned counsel and the acknowledgment duly signed by the petitioner was received. A copy of the acknowledgment of the petitioner in regard to the receipt of the case papers is filed along with the pursis. Since none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 31/03/2016 despite the fact that the case papers were returned to the petitioner on 18/03/2016, we adjourned the matter for today by way of a last chance so as to grant an opportunity to the petitioner to prosecute the petition, if so desired.
